We, Friend Factory, just started our journey towards building a 3D social avatar app where users can create music videos and short-form animated movies. We are now looking for great people to join our team in Södermalm, Stockholm.

Job Description

We are looking to fill an internship position starting from as soon as possible as Digital Creator Intern, which hopefully can be prolonged to full-time position if we both feel that it is a good fit!

What You'll Do

​

• Create videos for TikTok with the Frever app.

• Developing content with the Frever app and other tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro etc. that shall populate these accounts. 

• Communicate and respond to questions/feedback/feature requests from our community in these channels

As a basis for performing the above tasks it is also important that you:

• Analyze and segment users in competing apps in relevant groups

• Analyze and segment virtual products and virtual currencies in competing apps (how often do they drop new releases; how do they communicate around this etc.)

• Analyze current behaviors in competing apps and from such data infer similar behavior in Frever

To succeed in this role, it is important that you are really passionate about social media and entertainment as well as having an eye for what is good/bad content, and an interest to learn video/photo editing software as well as online marketing tools.  Ideally, you are at the end of your Bachelor, or Masters program. You will report directly to the management team and impact on the key decisions for product, communication and customer acquisition strategy.

Key Qualifications

​

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program focused on Media, Marketing or related fields

• Passion for digital media and entertainment - TikTok as main passion

• Knowledge and understanding of the main principles of social media communities and their business models

• Very good in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop (or other video editing software)

• Strong presentation, analytical and problem solving skills

Bonus points

​

• Familiarity with Facebook Business Manager or other online advertising tools

• Experience from working at game, social media or media analytics company with a free-to-play/freemium business model

• Experience from working with customer acquisition and/or community management

• Familiarity with Agency/MCN partnerships
